The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Can Data Extract ApS (CVR 46815106), Peter Holms Vej 11, 3. tv, 2450 København SV, Denmark, for the use of CAN Data Extract: the online app at app.candataextract.com and the desktop app. An Enterprise contract takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Plans and your data
Every plan includes every feature. The plans differ in who can see what you create.
Free
Transforms and traces you create or upload are public. Any CAN Data Extract user can find, open and copy them. Do not upload traces you are not allowed to publish.
Pro
Transforms are private to your namespace. Traces are private to your namespace, and you grant Can Data Extract ApS the right to use them for testing and validation of CAN Data Extract. We do not publish them or share them with other customers.
Enterprise
Transforms and traces are private to your namespace and are not used by Can Data Extract ApS for any purpose. Enterprise can be self-hosted, in which case your data stays on your servers.
Working on vehicles
CAN Data Extract can send diagnostic requests to a vehicle and simulate ECUs on a CAN bus. Sending requests to a vehicle can change its state, including clearing fault codes and changing sessions. You are responsible for working safely, on vehicles you are allowed to work on, and never on a vehicle in motion on a public road.
